We are currently seeking a full-time Project Supervisor to manage residential and renovation projects from conception to project close out. Selectee must communicate clearly and concisely with subcontractors of all trades and work effectively and efficiently with architects, engineers, inspectors and city officials. We believe that technology in our field is paramount to stay ahead of the curve and assure we are working as efficient as possible. Experience with construction management software to track and manage projects electronically with the ability to learn and execute new technologies effectively is required. Supervisor will be responsible to meet our high standard of quality and deliver projects completed and on schedule.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Provide extensive experience in all phases of construction including new work and remodeling.
Promote the highest level of industry standard quality and service in all your duties.
Participates in daily project tasks with our in house staff and subcontractors, depending on company needs.
Coordinate and schedule all necessary trades and vendors in accordance with the project schedule.
Read blueprints and maintain daily communication with Office Manager and Member Managers.
Manage the inspection service process with local and county municipalities
Communicate unforeseen conditions and changes to the Member Managers that may affect the schedule, quality and cost of the project.
Manage and maintains up to date electronic records for each project and communicate with Member Managers and clients through email and construction software.
Interact well with Office Manager, Staff, Member Managers, subcontractors and homeowners, while satisfactorily completing multiple tasks in a timely fashion.

Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction Industry with at least 5 years as a Supervisor or Project Manager.
Experience in project supervision, construction takeoffs, project scheduling, phasing, and project material estimating and ordering is required.
Experience in interaction with clients and project professionals is required.
Experience working in professional buildings with construction tasks that stay open for regular business.
Must have experience operating a computer and emails with the ability to manage projects electronically on construction management software.
Knowledge of building codes and permit regulations.
A valid acceptable, current driver's license is required. A copy of which must be submitted with your resume.
Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites to perform your job efficiently and precisely.
Ability to work on Saturdays when needed.
Ability to work after normal business hours when needed.
Must successfully complete background check, and Drug and Alcohol test.

Selectee may be required to successfully complete a probationary period.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
